December 2025 - The Close to a Great Year

As we closed out the year, The Henry Price Lodge came together for a December meeting that truly reflected the strength and growth of our lodge. The evening was marked by a sense of pride in our progress and gratitude for the many relationships that continue to enrich our work as Masons.

One of the highlights of the night was the official visit of the District Deputy Grand Master, R.W. Daniel L. Taylor. His presence, along with his suite, brought both warmth and inspiration to the gathering and reminded us of our place within the wider Masonic community. It was a pleasure to welcome them and to share in the accomplishments and positive energy that have shaped our lodge this year.

Wor. Frank Kautz presented a Hebrew Bible (Tanakh) in memory of R.W. Ernie Pearlstein

The meeting featured several meaningful presentations that added depth and symbolism to the evening. We were pleased to receive a Tanakh in memory of R.W. Ernie Pearlstein for our funeral kit, an important addition that ensures we can serve all brethren with dignity and respect when called upon to honor their memory.

We also dedicated a Masonic passport cover in memory of R.W. Ernie Pearlstein. Ernie was a giant of Masonry, well known for his warmth, his mentorship, and the countless ways he supported lodges across the jurisdiction. The dedication stands as a simple but heartfelt reminder of the lasting impact he had on so many of us.

Wor. Stew Brand presented the Lodge with the Shawmut heirlooms

Adding to the historic significance of the evening, the lodge was entrusted with a remarkable heirloom from Shawmut Lodge, dating back to 1913. This long-lost set of ceremonial goblets and a matching pitcher reconnects us with the legacy of one of our predecessor lodges. These artifacts will hold a place of honor in our collection and serve as a tangible link to the builders of our past.

Worshipful Master, Wor. Evan S. Fisher, presented his Past Master diploma by the District Deputy Grand Master, R.W. Daniel L. Taylor

It was a fitting conclusion to a successful year, filled with milestones and meaningful work. We look forward to carrying that spirit with us into the months ahead as The Henry Price Lodge continues to grow, inspire, and serve.
